Software Development Process
QFund has well-established processes that define the approach to a typical SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) process. Towards delivery of applications to our clients, we have developed different models that address diverse client requirements and will help them assess which one works best for the client’s specific needs. We have used the following models successfully to supplement our client's resources and provide high quality support at the lowest cost.
Technology
QFund built on the Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) is designed to simplify complex problems with the development, deployment, and management of multi-tier enterprise solutions. J2EE is an industry standard and solutions deployed on J2EE platf
orm provides its customers the choice of vendor products and tools, and to encourage best-of-breed products to emerge through competition.
The J2EE platform offers:
A multi-tiered distributed application model
-
The ability to reuse components
-
Integrated Extensible Markup Language (XML)-based data interchange
-
A unified security model
Global Delivery Model
Virinchi’s Global Delivery Model is unique in its ability to provide true global sourcing capabilities across a seamless management inf
rastructure. As illustrated, the delivery model consists of a range of delivery resources, on-site through off-site, all of which operate under common processes, management disciplines, and performance metrics. The infrastructure ensures that work transfer can take place smoothly and reliably. The “command and control center,” which directs work distribution and manages the client interface, resides on-site in the form of a PMO.
Both the Offsite and Offshore facility are well connected with highly secured network facilities for seamless communication with the respective client. This connectivity set up ensures failure-free, fast and secure access for the client to monitor the progress of development and support activity at both the Offsite and Offshore locations. This model also has an efficient backup facility for regular project backups and disaster recovery procedures.
