Our Engagement Models

QFund offers its customers the flexibility to choose between either in an ASP model or a Product Sale model. QFund, in both models, offers professional services for enhancement & support of the application. Services are delivered against a definite baseline to meet agreed targets and are fully integrated to supply an end-to-end managed service.

Application Service Provider (ASP) Model

This is the popular and cost-effective engagement model that has proven to bring about considerable monetary and non-monetary benefits to our clients. In the ASP model QFund will host the Base QFund application at an internationally certified Internet Data Center (IDC) located in the USA and all registered users of the client can access the QFund application over the web. In this model, QFund  hosts, manages & maintains the solution with complete hardware / software requirements & provides support services including remote help desk for technical & end-user support to smoothly run the application. Clients can access the exclusively hosted instance for carrying–out transactions using the Internet..

Components of deliverables in this model: In this model, the various components that will become deliverables of QFund will include

• Application Access & Usage: Enable accesses and use of QFund Application by the client on a web-browser with internet connectivity

• Set-up & Implementation: Set-up, implementation & configuration of QFund Application which may also includes a few agreed hours of customization of the application.

• On-Demand Services: Services offered by QFund on specific request by clients for On-Demand services (chargeable services)

Product Sale Model

In this model of  engagement, QFund sells the product license to the client at a fixed price. However the hosting and implementation of the application and all other services will be deemed on-demand and will be charged to the client.  QFund will not take the responsibility of hardware / networking / database management.
